In Autumn there usually is a big number of resident seekers in Jyväskylä, so don´t put your requirement level too high. The most important thing is to confirm an apartment. You can find a better one later, after you get to know the city a bit better.

Apartment rent in the center of the city is more expensive than in the suburbs but living further away from the center has its added costs e.g. bus tickets.
