First transnational meeting, October, 25.-26, 2018, CESIE, Palermo, Italy
Purpose: Kick off meeting to discuss about project management, finance, communication, quality, dissemination, impact and evaluation plan. Share tasks and responsibilities, local VET school visit.

Second transnational meeting, May, 23.-24, 2019, JAMK – University of Applied Sciences, Jyväskylä, Finland
Purpose: Transnational meeting to discuss about the progress of MOBVET project, work on the general study module contents and country specific modules contents. Discussion about shared tasks and responsibilities. VET school visit (Gradia, Jyväskylä).

Third transnational meeting, November 5.- 6, 2019 – West Nottinghamshire College, Mansfield, UK
Purpose: Transnational meeting to discuss over the current stage of the project and define timeline for the future activities.
Participants: University of Tartu (Viktor Trasberg, Egle Rummel da Costa, Karmen Trasberg); Tartu Vocational Education Centre (Ismail Mirzojev, Diana Eller); University of Applied Sciences in Jyvaskyla (Milla-Maarit Salo, Tuulia Kiilavuori); Vocational College Lappia (Riitta Pistokoski, Marja-Liisa Tyystälä); ACTA Center (Mihaela Popovici, Emil Budescu); West Nottinghamshire College (Maxine Buttery, Lynne Willoughby); CESIE (Giulia Siino, Giuseppe La Farina).
Topics discussed and activities: Progress overview by the partners (what is going on at the institution; main project related activities; potential problems, other); discussions over study module, preparations for piloting of study module, content of each country specific module, preparation for dissemination events. Practicalities (time sheets, budget etc). Visit to West Nott Campus and Newstead Abbey.
Final transnational meeting was held on August, 19, 2020 online because of COVID-19. Coordinating institution: University of Tartu, Estonia.
Purpose: Final transnational meeting to discuss about the piloting of Study Module and finalizing the IO of the MOBVET project. Preparation for dissemination the project results and final report.

Progress overview – partners presentations about 1) results of piloting and ideas to improve/develop the Study Module; 2) dissemination of the project: plans for multiplier events. Final report deadline and sharing the tasks. Practicalities (time sheets, changes in budget because of COVID-19). Ideas for future cooperation.
